I always made every monster and npc in Word. Double sided so I can fold it. Always used a black line around it. (Word has a tool to give the edge a color). Cut the picture out en fold it. Then I use a cheap laminator (around 20 euros) and laminate them together. No glue needed. After I've done everything I can start my campaign. But the issue is. That I still buy minis even though I have those in 2D. But I only buy the minis I truly want to have ein my collection. Still I have a 3d resin printer for the players and props so I mostly use my time doing things 3 different ways, before ending in paying for minis 😅

Hey Matt! So cool that you got to see this from a cruise ship! Just so you know, from the comments I heard in the background, they didn't fully understand what they were seeing. While it was indeed gaining altitude the whole time, the bulk of the thrust and accelleration is actually sideways. It has to get high enough to be outside of all of Earths atmosphere so there is no more drag, but in order to achieve "orbit" it has to start circling the Earth at a fast enough velocity that the centrifugal force is pulling it away from Earth as hard as gravity is pulling it back toward Earth so it continues to Orbit and not fall back to Earth. There is no altitude where gravity just stops pulling on anything with mass. Even the moon which is MUCH farther from Earth is held in place by Earths gravity pulling on it, but the sideways speed is swinging it around in circles around Earth keeping it from ever hitting Earth. So the bulk of the thrust and acceleration bends sideways right after launch to get it going so fast sideways that when the friction of our atmosphere is gone because it's high enough, then it's momentum going AROUND the Earth keeps it locked in "orbit" ... circling the Earth trying to be flung into space but gravity pulling it back so it's constantly falling but also missing the Earth because the arc as it starts to fall toward the Earth after it was thrown like a baseball, matches the curvature of the Earth, and it misses, and keeps falling, in a circle, or "orbit" forever, unless it slows down and drops altitude enough to hit atmosphere, which causes friction, which slows it down more, so it drops lower until it doesn't miss the Earth anymore and actually hits the Earth.
